Orders & Production

How long does production take?

Each VEQUEN artwork is handcrafted to order in Germany by, the world’s most awarded photo lab. Production time varies depending on the product type and size, but typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once production is complete, your artwork is carefully packaged and handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

VEQUEN ships across all of Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and offers worldwide deliverythrough our production partner WhiteWall.

Our artworks can be shipped to over 25 European countries, such as:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, the UK, and Switzerland.

All shipments are handled securely, fully insured, and packaged with museum-level protection.

What are the shipping costs?

hipping costs depend on the product type, size, and destination country.
During checkout, the exact shipping rate is automatically calculated based on your delivery address.

As a general guideline:

  • Within Europe: €10 – €30

All shipments include secure packaging and insurance to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Returns & Guarantee

Can I cancel or return my order?

All VEQUEN artworks are custom-made on demand, produced individually for each customer. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once they have been placed.

This policy complies with EU regulations for personalized products, which are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All VEQUEN artworks are packaged securely and insured for transport.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery, take clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged artwork, and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send the photos and your order details.
Our team will review your case immediately.

Please do not return the item on your own, we’ll coordinate the replacement process directly with our production partner, to ensure a smooth and fast solution.

Payment & Security

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. VEQUEN automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your location.
At checkout, the currency adjusts to match your selected shipping country, ensuring a seamless and transparent payment experience.
